3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to participate in any reward program or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and reject any claim where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

The Site contains affiliate links. When you register on a partnered platform using our referral link or code, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the reward amounts you receive or the quality of service provided by those platforms. All affiliate relationships are disclosed transparently.

5. Rewards & Claims

Rewards are subject to verification. To claim a reward, you must provide proof of your wager activity and account level as specified on the Rewards page. Rewards are paid out manually at our discretion, typically within 7 business days of a verified claim. We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms or the partnered platform's terms.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of gambling winnings. Gambling involves risk and results are based on chance. Past leaderboard results or displayed multipliers are not indicative of future outcomes. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred on partnered gambling platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of any reward you were entitled to receive.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to exploit rewards; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site; attempt to manipulate leaderboard standings through fraudulent means; share or sell reward claims to third parties; or impersonate other users or AugustRewards staff. Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification from all rewards and permanent suspension from the Site.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and any associated rewards at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, abuse of the reward system, or violation of any partnered platform's terms of service. Decisions regarding suspension or termination are final.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding rewards, leaderboard standings, or any aspect of the service, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us via Discord. We will review disputes in good faith and provide a response within 14 business days. Our decision on disputes is final and binding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
